The certification and improvement of products in the agribusiness are an expression of geographical origin and or of a productive process practised according to a consolidated tradition in a specific area of production which represents a tangible sign of quality assurance according to the laws of the European Union. The protection of agricultural food products is also carefully pursued nationally through the following regulation 'CE n.2080 from 14th July 1992'. This legislation establishes the area regulated trademark stamp.
